The Veribest ISD Board of Trustees voted Jan. 20 to accept the highest bids for four portable buildings. The motion, made by Board President Mark Kellermeier and seconded by Chris Blackwell, recorded the highest bids as Buildings 1 and 2 to Diamond L Transport and Buildings 3 and 4 to Rodney Drgac; the board also authorized selling all four to Outliar Dairy if a single-bid purchase for all units was presented. The motion passed 7–0.
The minutes list the bidders and the board action but do not include bid amounts in the public minutes. The board’s recorded action provides the district authority to transfer the portable buildings to the named purchasers or to a single purchaser depending on final acceptance and logistics.
