Board accepts Hortonresignation; Kevin Reed appointed and sworn into Place 6

Motion 11753, moved by Trustee Anderson and seconded by Trustee Hightower, approved the appointment of Kevin Reed to Place 6; the motion recorded the same affirmative board roster and no nays. Following the appointment, Sarah Hobbs, Notary Public, administered the oath of office to Kevin Reed, who fills the seat left vacant by Horton.
