Board appoints Jacqueline Ford as district administrator to supervise custodial services

The board approved the immediate appointment of Jacqueline Ford as an administrator with Monroe Public Schools effective May 14, 2025; she will supervise custodial staff and be placed on the appropriate salary level pending preemployment requirements.
The Mineral Public Schools Board approved the appointment of Jacqueline Ford as an administrator effective May 14, 2025. Cindy presented the appointment and said Ford will be placed on the appropriate salary level in the master agreement and must complete all preemployment requirements.
"Tonight, we're asking the board to move to approve the appointment of Jacqueline Ford as an administrator with Monroe Public Schools effective 05/14/2025 and placed on the appropriate salary level as contained in the master agreement and upon completion of all preemployment requirements," Cindy said when presenting the item. Board members asked where Ford would be located; Cindy replied Ford will supervise custodial staff and will work out of Fenmore with temporary office plans until a warehouse office is ready.
The motion carried by roll call 7-0. Administration said Ford's supervisory role will free space for maintenance to expand skilled-trades operations and that staff would provide an update on office location when the warehouse improvements are completed.
