Planning Board members identified an inconsistency between the Notice of Decision, which currently states applicants have 30 days to complete conditions, and the Site Plan Review and Subdivision Regulations, which prescribe a 90-day completion window. The Board agreed that future Notices will show the accurate 90 days and that office staff will verbally explain the timeframe to applicants when Notices are picked up until a formal signature-based process is developed. Staff member Suzee will track applicants and add updates to future agendas.
The Board also discussed possibly increasing fees for Concord Monitor legal notices and the escrow amounts charged on new Site Plan and Subdivision applications; the Board will consult the Board of Selectmen for guidance and approval. Members set meeting dates for August 6 and September 3, 2026, and Chair Corie St. Germain said she will circulate a rotating calendar for Planning Board attendance at Capital Improvement Program meetings to satisfy RSA 674:5 guidance.
