Jon Warms moved to approve the resolution and Mayor Mark Zinna seconded. The motion carried. Voting yes were Vice Chairwoman Nichole Osborne, Jon Warms, Ted Nevins and Mayor Mark Zinna; there were no votes against the resolution. The approval includes a variance for minimum lot width as stated in the resolution draft reviewed during the meeting.
The application was listed as PB#1-25-11 with Jerry O’Brien identified in the minutes as the applicant. The board did not record any public comment on the subdivision during the meeting.
