Weimar ISD board approves consent agenda and financial reports

The Weimar ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the meeting consent agenda Oct. 14, which included the regular meeting minutes from Sept. 9, a Sept. 24 working meeting, financial statements, bills paid and the tax collection report. The motion to approve was made by Joni Van Houten and seconded by Tom Strickland.
Board documents presented with the consent agenda also included budget projections and a budget‑to‑actual report and a cash balances/financial and investment report. The board approved the set of routine administrative and financial reports without objection, enabling staff to continue routine fiscal operations.
