Trustee Judd McCutchen moved to declare Competitive Sealed Proposals as the delivery method of best value for the construction of an athletic field behind the Hancock building. Trustee Debbie Timmermann seconded the motion, which passed 5-1; Trustee Ryan Pitts voted against.
