Board OKs middle-school 'dollar day' and PTO fundraisers

Dr. Bennett presented three fundraising proposals and told the board all materials were uploaded to the board portal. He described the middle-school plan as a $1-per-Friday program beginning Aug. 17 and running through May 21, 2027 to support rewards and community activities; he said Domino's discount cards from CES PTO would sell for $20 each and be valid for one year; CSPTO's ABC sale days would let students purchase mixed food and non-food items for $5 on scheduled days.
Dr. Bennett concluded, "If you have no questions, I actually approve fundraisers as presented." The board moved, seconded and approved the fundraisers unanimously.
