Auburn and Pauline South reach occupancy; punch-list and bond work ongoing

Facilities staff reported progress on multiple construction and bond projects. "So happy to report, Friday, Auburn and Pauline South both passed their final inspection," the facilities presenter said, adding that staff were able to get into the buildings and set rooms up while smaller finishes and furniture work continue.
The presenter said Wanamaker remains a different case and will be discussed in executive session with Tucker from Lighthouse. Staff noted that roof and capital outlay work is ongoing and that crews will return to finish small sections and punch-list items. Board members thanked staff and recognized partner contractors for the summer work.
