Borough Attorney Baxter told the council the Ordinance Review Committee had produced several ordinances for consideration, including measures on snow removal and sidewalk repair. Council members discussed the language in both drafts: Councilman Bray recommended holding introduction of the snow-removal ordinance to gather more feedback, and the council agreed they wanted added language addressing curbs in the sidewalk-repair ordinance.
No ordinance introductions or votes occurred at caucus; the council directed staff to revise the sidewalk language to include curbs and to collect additional input on the snow-removal proposal.
