The board moved through a series of unfinished- and new-business items that updated constitutions and bylaws for school clubs.
Motions approved included consent to rename the Forbes Middle School SkillsUSA chapter to the "CTE Club," adoption of Forks Middle School and Forks High School club constitutions and bylaws (including signature-page updates), and approvals for the speech and debate team, yearbook club, drama club and a prevention club. Each item was moved, seconded, and adopted by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
Board chair Bill Roehde called for voice votes on each item and recorded unanimous 'aye' responses. The board also accepted a late class-of-2026 constitution that specifies leftover funds would be donated to the class of 2027.
These procedural approvals were presented as housekeeping to align constitutions and signature records and to ensure clubs have bylaws in place for future audits.
