Counsel and the chair told attendees their comments tonight would be part of the record and that the hearing would be continued to Aug. 27 at 7:00 PM; the chair emphasized "You will not get another notice. This is your notice." Neighbors and the applicant spoke for the record and were told they could also submit written statements by the continued date. The board requested additional materials before the continued hearing, including a short environmental assessment and updated maps where applicable.
