West Chicago board approves consent agenda including payroll, vendor contracts and personnel changes

The agenda included minutes for Oct. 16 and Nov. 6, 2025; contract renewals (including Purposeful Parenting); approval of bills dated Nov. 10–21, 2025 in the amount of $692,957.27; and payrolls for Oct. 15 and Oct. 31, 2025 totaling $3,719,446.49.
The consent agenda also included personnel items: one classified hire (Michelle Gonzalez, Lunchroom Supervisor at Indian Knoll, effective Nov. 21, 2025), three resignations and two job-abandonment records. The motion was presented procedurally as "Motion by McLean, seconded by Garcia, to approve the consent agenda as follows," and the roll call recorded six ayes and no nays.
