Board Member Greg Liskey moved to extend Case 24-362 to the Code Board meeting on April 1, 2025; the motion was seconded by Board Member Daniel Welsh and recorded as carried 4-0. "continues to show progression of obtaining Building Permits for the 42 A/C units that were replaced over the last 5 years without permits," Gonzalez stated in the meeting minutes.
The extension preserves the board’s ability to review compliance on April 1; the minutes do not record a final compliance determination or any fines assessed at this meeting.
