Planning Director Kelly Carson presented a site plan for a three-story AdventHealth medical office building at 2000 Fowler Grove Blvd on March 13, 2025. Carson said the proposed building would be located on AdventHealth’s existing medical campus, include associated parking and landscaping, and would house oncology and cancer care consistent with the campus’s PCD zoning.
Commissioners discussed whether the proposed parking is sufficient and noted the building height during the review. Staff recommended approval subject to conditions; Commissioner Colin Sharman moved to approve the site plan, Commissioner Chloe Johnson seconded, and the motion carried unanimously, 5-0, with conditions to be satisfied per staff review.
