On Nov. 18, the White Settlement Independent School District Board of Trustees approved nine consent items after pulling item #1 for additional discussion and corrections to the October 2024 minutes. Raymond Patterson moved to approve the consent agenda; John Bradley seconded the motion and the board voted 7 Ayes, 0 Nays.
Items approved on the consent agenda include: monthly expenditures for October 2024; amended budgets; vendor approval for the purchase of refrigerators and a heated cabinet; vendor approval for band instrument lockers at Brewer Middle School; flooring replacement at the Center for Transition Services; purchase of ballistic shields for the WSISD Police Department; ratification of an interlocal agreement with the City of Fort Worth for the Blue Haze Elementary after-school program; and vendor approval to upgrade cameras at all campuses.
