District posts digital emergency response plan; public hearing set for Sept. 16

The board reviewed agenda item 2627, the district's digital emergency response plan. Chair said the public docket will be available on the district website and that the district-wide plan has been posted for the required 30-day review.
Josh noted that building-level risk-response plans and safety plans were uploaded to the board's shared drive for viewing; he also said building-wide plans are for the board to review but not vote on. The public hearing for the district plan is scheduled for Sept. 16, and the plan will return to the board for further action after the review period.
No substantive changes were voted on at the meeting; the posting initiates the public-review period required under state procedures.
