Carrie Purcell, Trustee, moved to adopt the compensation plans and the 5% increase; Trustee Raymond Dodd seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Business Manager Geanna Coker provided budget impact estimates in the packet showing approximate costs of $157,000 (3%), $209,000 (4%) and $261,000 (5%). The board directed the Business Office to incorporate the approved increase into the 2025–26 budget.
