Lake Katherine Director Gareth Blakesley updated the committee on programs, partnerships and staff development. Blakesley also described coordination with the Recreation Department and Public Library on a Green Team Film Event and work with the Do Good Movement on summer camps and ongoing partnerships such as yoga.
Blakesley reported volunteer crews removed trees, performed snow seeding of native plants, and maintained tools; he also said the Holiday Hayride was at capacity with 40 people in attendance and listed a range of Nature Tots, Little Explorers and Junior Explorers sessions offered over December and January.
