Resident asks how local fire and emergency services would respond to incidents at energy sites

The commission recorded the comment and directed that the next meeting (a Feb. 23 public hearing) will be an opportunity for additional testimony and exhibits; no specific actions or commitments on training or equipment were made at the Jan. 26 meeting.
