Frank Middle School construction "on schedule and within budget," district says

The update listed recent work completed and upcoming milestones: glass installation in areas 300, 400, 500 and 600; finished brickwork in Area 200; fire pump set and downspouts tied into storm drains; and installation of water-source heat pumps in classroom wings with temporary cooling in place during work. Speaker 2 said safety remains a priority and reported "0 lost time due to safety incidents," and described August work to finish sprinkler rough-ins, ceilings and tile and to begin framing storefronts and exterior finishes. Board members asked clarifying questions about schedule and quality controls; the presenter said tours for teachers, staff and maintenance are already taking place to help visualize the completed facility.
