He said the company had increased circulating units from four to six per bay, that additional equipment and monitoring would be integrated into an owner/management plan, and that the draft could be ready for the board's review in about a month with finalization targeted by the September meeting.
Board members thanked the company and the consultant, noted anecdotal reductions in odor in recent weeks, and asked the operator to continue regular monitoring and report back. The board agreed to receive another update in a month and to finalize details at the September meeting.
