Council approves $160,000 capital appropriation for DPW equipment amid dissent

The ordinance passed by roll call, Ayes: 4, Nays: 2 (France, Gorshkov), Abstain: 1 (Matteo).
Manager Bond later summarized that funding came from prior property sales and would not increase the municipal tax rate.
