District council reviews Utah accountability model, explains how growth is measured

The presenter also noted a procedural rule: "A student must be in a teacher’s class for 160 days for those scores to calculate for their class." The district directed SCCs to use the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) compare-schools tool to place local results in context and to review scorecards with peers.
