The commission then moved to open a public hearing (motion by Patty Lundeen, second by John Harris), heard multiple public comments and exhibits, and later voted to close the public hearing on a motion by Terry Buettner seconded by Patty Lundeen. John Harris moved to close the meeting; Tom Anderson seconded and the meeting adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
