Northwest Highway — Motion to approve a special use allowing Sweatshop LLC to occupy a former fitness tenant space; staff reported adequate parking (plaza 265 spaces; use requires 26) and the board recommended approval unanimously; staff indicated a Council date (May 20 for some items) and the recommendation will be transmitted to Council.
