The board approved an HVAC equipment-and-labor purchase for 12 units at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center for $734,883.54, an annual cyber security services contract with Tyler Technologies for $97,850.00, and an asbestos abatement agreement with Omega III, LLC for $172,820.00 at 9501 Devon.
Minutes also record approval of a separate asbestos abatement proposal from Nationwide Environmental & Demo, LLC for 11 units and a corridor at 10197 Higgins Road for $188,500.00. Each motion passed unanimously; the minutes do not include implementation schedules or warranty details for the equipment or abatement work.
