Representatives for 96 Light Street described a revised site plan that, they said, addressed the board’s earlier questions about trash location, parking stall dimensions and a nonstraight fence line that encroached on adjacent properties. The applicant said the plan now shows four parking stalls measuring 9 by 18 feet and includes pervious pavement where previously recommended.
A board member asked why the applicant did not place permeable pavers over the entire parking area; the applicant replied that the proposal combined five feet of permeable surface with conventional surfacing to balance plowing and usability. After clarifying snow‑storage arrangements, a motion to grant the application carried on a unanimous voice vote.
