ZBA grants continuance for 28 Linwood Road public hearing to Sept. 15

Staff read a letter dated Aug. 3 from Stephanie A. Keeper on behalf of Grace House LLC asking the board to “continue the public hearing session presently scheduled for 08/04/2026 and to place the matter back on the board's agenda for the next meeting, which appears to be 09/15/2026,” because the project’s civil engineer experienced scheduling delays. The board moved to continue the item to Sept. 15, 2026, and the motion carried on a voice vote.
The continuance preserves the board’s ability to review revised plans and ensures abutters will receive further notice when the case next appears on the agenda.
