The McFarland School Board voted to go into closed session at 6:02 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2025 "under WI State Statute §19.85(1)(c) concerning employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee," with a motion by Megan Chatman and a second by Meredith Hughey. The roll call vote was recorded as 4-0 with Board President Meghan Fessler presiding and one member, Craig Howery, absent.
Board members met in Conference Room A to discuss the District Administrator evaluation process and a certified staff member's leave-of-absence request.
