The Darlington Community School District Infrastructure Committee met Oct. 30, 2024. Committee Chair Nick Zuberbuhler called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m., and Cale Jackson acknowledged notice of the meeting.
A roll call recorded committee members present: Nick Zuberbuhler, Matt Crist, Stacy Gratz, Jeff Stauffacher, Bob Hermanson, Cale Jackson, Lee Black, Clarey Schwartz, Kori Hemming, Mike Flanagan and Mitch Austin. The committee approved the minutes from its June 24, 2024 meeting after a motion by Bob Hermanson and a second from Jeff Stauffacher; the motion "carried."
The committee then adopted the meeting agenda following a motion by Matt Crist, seconded by Jeff Stauffacher; that motion also "carried." Committee members addressed four substantive agenda items but did not take final action on any of them. For each item — listed on the agenda as "DHS Auditorium Stage Curtains," "DHS Band Room Window Blinds," "Facilities Study and Building Plans," and "Arnie Miehe Cross Country Course" — the committee chose to table the matter "for more information." The transcript lists those items explicitly as "Tabled for more information."
The meeting concluded after a motion by Crist, seconded by Gratz, to adjourn at 5:07 p.m.; the motion "carried." Minutes were submitted by Carly C. Winlsow, Clerk. The committee did not set dates or make assignments in the record for the follow-up information that prompted the tabling decisions.
