On Oct. 30, 2024, the Darlington Community School District Policy Committee voted to recommend a revision to the district's Public Comments at School Board meetings policy to limit individual speakers to no more than five minutes.
The motion was made by Committee member Jeff Riechers and seconded by Committee member Stacy Gratz; the motion carried. The recommendation will be forwarded to the full school board for final action. Committee Chairperson Carly Winslow presided over the meeting, which began at 5:08 p.m. and adjourned at 5:48 p.m.
