The board also approved the Application and Certificate for Payment (AIA Document G702) Pay Application No. 1 in the amount of $301,389.40. Commissioners required that future Architecture Trio invoices include line-item explanations in construction details before further approvals; the board approved Invoice #1118 for $17,000 with that stipulation.
