The board voted to approve a one-time 2025–26 teacher longevity stipend on a motion by Sharon Formoe; Stacy Fetzer abstained from the stipend vote due to a conflict of interest. The stipend schedule approved was: 1–4 years $500; 5–9 years $750; 10–19 years $1,000; 20–29 years $1,250; 30+ years $1,500.
