Staff told the commission that reviews by city and utility companies found the plat conforms with the subdivision ordinance and other development standards except that correct originals had not yet been received. "Staff recommends approval of the plat as presented with the condition that correct originals are received," Emily said. Commissioner Landon moved to approve the plat pending corrected originals; the motion passed by voice vote and the chair declared the motion approved.
