Roads & Construction meeting lacks quorum; Chair to refer agenda items to City Council

The Roads & Construction Committee of the City of Palos Heights convened at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 10, 2026 but did not have a quorum, Chairman Clifford said, so no official committee votes were taken. He said he will present items requiring approval to the City Council at its next meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
Because the committee lacked a quorum, routine business was deferred: the minutes of the Jan. 13, 2026 meeting will be approved at the next regularly scheduled Roads & Construction meeting, and motions listed on tonight’s agenda will be forwarded to the City Council rather than decided by the committee. The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
