Residents press Madrid board for ditching, timed parking and park fencing

Amanda Barkley asked for 20-minute parking spaces in the Mainstreet Market lot; the minutes say Wyatt will look into obtaining signs for three parking spots. Tammy Hawkins recommended the town survey the park and install a fence to keep four-wheelers and other vehicles from grassy areas.
