Chair Michael Koehler asked whether a coffee truck could be organized for upcoming events. Planner and Management Analyst Robert Savage said the idea "could still be considered, but it’s difficult to determine how many people would attend and whether it would be worth it."
Member Raymond Mau noted the Good News Truck is often present at similar events and "there is some concern about religious affiliation with City events, though they have been very supportive in the past." Savage said staff would make arrangements once the anticipated scale of the event is clearer.
