Committee discusses Feed the Loop materials; no official Earth Day event planned

Chair Michael Koehler asked whether the Committee would commit to both Earth Day and Arbor Day events. Planner and Management Analyst Robert Savage said staff could obtain support from the SWALCO marketing team to supply materials for the "Feed the Loop" campaign and support a "Planet VS Plastic" event theme, but that "an official Earth Day event was not planned."
Savage said organizing both events remains possible, but staff and the Committee need to confirm logistics and promotional support. Committee members were told that further materials and signage concepts will be brought to a future meeting for formal consideration.
