Mannsville board approves ADT camera system; library to split cost

Trustee Charlie Graves moved to accept ADT's proposal; Trustee Valerie Deon seconded and the motion carried. The board discussed an eight-channel NVR so additional cameras could be added later and directed the clerk to finalize arrangements and payment, including exploring paying the annual service up front.
