The council approved Resolution R‑2026‑12 authorizing Agreement No. 596 with Webster, McGrath & Ahlberg, Ltd. for professional engineering services for the 2026 Fall Sidewalk Program in an amount not to exceed $93,800 plus a 10% contingency. City Manager Michael Dzugan said the city received eight proposals for the design work and that the scope includes surveying and design of approximately 2.65 miles of new sidewalk at 26 locations.
Staff noted the city has used Webster for prior sidewalk work and that past performance informed the recommendation. The resolution passed unanimously on roll call.
