Trustees approved local contractor RJ Green to repair two problem areas in the garage driveway after Water Operator Norm Jones reported edge breaking and a sinking area likely over an old well. RJ Green quoted $1,800 to grind out the existing pavement, clean up, refill with stone, compact and finish with backtop, and was the only vendor willing to perform the work.
The board approved the work on a motion by Trustee Charlie Graves, seconded by Trustee Jarrod Ormsby, and carried the motion to proceed with RJ Green's repair proposal.
