The commission closed the public hearing for 359 King Street (Bluebird Farm) and voted unanimously to issue an order of conditions for DEP file 204-1035. The proposed changes included a run‑in shed and site adjustments that the commission found acceptable given the applicant's willingness to proceed at risk of later planning‑board changes.
"I am Dwight Long. I am the owner of 359, the Bluebird Farm project," Dwight Long said when introducing himself and the project. Commissioners moved and seconded an order of conditions and recorded a unanimous roll-call vote in favor of issuing the order that evening. Staff noted typical conditions and that if subsequent planning-board changes arise, amendments to the order could follow.
The commission's motion closed the public hearing and authorized issuance of the order; staff will file the order and include standard construction‑season and erosion‑control conditions.
