Commission issues certificate of compliance for 9 Air Road after erosion controls removal

The Littleton Conservation Commission voted unanimously to issue a certificate of compliance for work at 9 Air Road after staff reported that previously installed erosion controls had been removed.
"They've since been removed, and so I would recommend that that this is ready for the certificate," Tim, the commission's conservation agent, said during the meeting. Commissioners conducted a roll-call vote and approved the certificate after correcting the MassDEP file number to 204898. The vote was recorded as unanimous.
Staff had recommended issuance because the permitted work was completed outside of the 100-foot resource area, and the remaining monitoring requirements were satisfied. The commission did not attach further conditions at the time of issuance.
