The clerk confirmed water relevy notices were sent to residents with outstanding balances and that new water bills for quarter one (Jan–Mar) were mailed.
The board did not take a formal vote on these operational items but recorded the updates and directed staff to continue coordinating the pump installation and meter replacements.
