The Village of Mannsville board opened its Nov. 5 meeting, noted attendance and read the October minutes, which Trustee Jarod Ormsby moved to approve; Trustee Valerie Deon seconded and the board carried the motion.
Clerk/Treasurer Paula Easton reported current account balances, including general checking $140,386.30, water checking $60,573.60, and various reserves (Street $95,882.60; Repair $59,129.85; Building $43,241.21; Debt $19,581.58; Trust & Agency $1,035.40). Easton said additional tax payments were received and the remaining unpaid taxes were turned over to the County Treasurer to be placed on county tax rolls. She also said the village received a $20,700 check from the sale of the old tractor, plus quarterly sales and mortgage-tax receipts.
Bills for November were presented and approved. "The Bills were presented and approved for November. Motion made by Trustee Walizer, Seconded by Trustee Deon and carried by the board," the minutes state. The meeting was adjourned after routine business.
