At its June 15 meeting, the Red Oak ISD Board of Trustees approved a multi-item consent agenda that bundled routine minutes, financial items and several contract renewals. The consent agenda included May 2 and May 11 minutes; payment of current bills over $50,000; 2025'26 budget amendments; designation of non-business days for the Public Information Act; a lease-to-own cameras and access control change order; an MOU with the Red Oak ISD Education Foundation; audio upgrades for the Red Oak High School Performing Arts Center; renewals of Canvas and i-Ready; renewal of student/athletic accident insurance; and a shared services agreement with the Mesquite Regional Day School Program for the Deaf.
Board member Brian Sebring moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented and Johnny Knight seconded. The motion passed on a recorded vote of 7''0. The board did not note individual discussion on these items in open session; they were approved as a block under the district's consent procedure.
