The town's engineer reported that the RD (rural development) application for the Route 12 sewer is ready to be filed but must be submitted by town staff through the official portal.
"The RD rural development application for the Route 12 Sewer is ready to go in," the engineer said, and added that staff will need a walkthrough for the online submission process because applications must come from the town account. The engineer also said DOT requested exact GPS locations and supporting engineering calculations for proposed speed-limit signs; crews will need to survey and prepare a foundation calculation package for DOT review.
Board members agreed staff would set a date to complete submission and prepare the requested sign-location mapping. No vote was taken; this was an informational report and a tasking to follow up.
