Red Oak ISD board approves consent agenda including budget amendments and renewal of District of Innovation plan
Summary

The consent agenda approved by a 7–0 vote included: minutes from April 9 and April 20, payment of current bills over $50,000, an adjunct faculty agreement and a resolution regarding the extracurricular status of the 4‑H organization, the audit engagement letter for 2025–2026, 2025–2026 budget amendments, renewal of the District of Innovation Plan, a memorandum of understanding with the Ellis County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program for 2026–2027, purchase of a district vehicle for Support Services, and the salary schedule for 2026–2027.
Board approval means the district can proceed with those administrative, contractual and budget items; the motion was made by Johnny Knight and seconded by Brian Sebring.
