During the consent-agenda discussion a trustee pointed out that the organizational meeting date on the calendar was listed as Aug. 26 but should be Aug. 24; the board accepted the correction and approved the consent agenda with that change. As the meeting closed a motion to adjourn was made and approved by voice vote.
